(More customer reviews)This was a cheapest trimmer I found on amazon. One customer before me posted 5 star review, so I finally bought it. But you should never expect something good quality for such a price. I am highly disappointed with this item. The plastic is very low quality plus the device itself does not trim it almost pulls the hair out. I guess it was because the knives inside are really blunt. Plus I didn't get a present (a key light). Don't buy it.
