(More customer reviews)I bought this item in 4 of 2010 from a seller called sunflower 975 - not this seller. It came unopened, but with a wrong size cap to cover the shaver head. The heads don't quite cut your beard properly when it's a little bit long. It pulls on hair and it hurts. The trimmer is not that good. I've had lots of Remmington shaver products before and they were always a+. It could be that this item came defective from the seller? I got it for a very low price of $28.49 including tax and shipping, so I didn't send it back. Its originally about 75.00. After 9 months I had to throw it out, the head fell off. If you want to try this product, make sure, it's new, unopened, no defects and can be returned for a full refund if it doesn't hold up. Also search for more reviews to get a broader picture. But I would not buy it again.
