(More customer reviews)It doesn't do the job it is supposed to do. The first one had my hair cought in the trimmer bldes and was not sharp enough. So then I called conair customer service, they promised to send me a new trimming blades which I never received. Then thereafter I asked the amazon people abt the problem. They did sent me a new trimmer but same bad performance. Too bad after spending almost $50.00 still not satisfied. I feel conair sliding down the scale.
