(More customer reviews)I purchased this item and it didn't work upon receipt. As always, Amazon was awesome in quickly replacing the product. The new one works and it works very well. I like it better than others, notably a panasonic model that was sturdier but doesn't work as well.
My only worry about this one is that it feels flimsy and seems to have a number of parts that could just go at any time. I think it'll last a while, but I wish it would last for years like other wahl products I own.
Anyhow, it's doing its job and I'm happy with it.
